Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale Items: Items marked as sale are final and non-returnable.
- Customized Jewelry: Personalized items are not eligible for return.
